石墨加工(gong)工藝(yi)聯接螺(luo)紋(wen)形(xing)狀和(he)凸凹(ao)型聯接
石(shi)墨加工(gong)工藝(yi)凸凹(ao)型聯接
電(dian)極的壹端加(jia)工(gong)成帶(dai)有(you)圓(yuan)錐(zhui)形(xing)母(mu)螺紋的螺(luo)孔,另(ling)壹端加(jia)工(gong)成相應(ying)規範(fan)圓(yuan)錐(zhui)形(xing)公螺紋,不(bu)需求(qiu)專門(men)加(jia)工的接(jie)頭而結束兩根(gen)電(dian)極的聯接。這(zhe)種(zhong)聯接方(fang)法(fa)國(guo)外(wai)多(duo)用於(yu)炭(tan)電極,中(zhong)小規範(fan)電(dian)極兩頭(tou)的凸凹(ao)形(xing)聯接石(shi)墨加工(gong)工藝(yi)也有運(yun)用(yong)這(zhe)種(zhong)聯接方(fang)法(fa)。國(guo)際(ji)電工(gong)委(wei)員會(hui)1993年(nian)3月草(cao)擬(ni)的石(shi)墨電極新國(guo)際(ji)規範(fan)已(yi)將(jiang)凸凹(ao)形(xing)聯接作(zuo)為附錄列(lie)入,並(bing)規(gui)則了直(zhi)徑(jing)175~400mm的凸凹(ao)形(xing)聯接母(mu)螺紋及公螺紋規(gui)範(fan)規(gui)範。凸凹(ao)形(xing)聯接有(you)以(yi)下(xia)3方(fang)面的長處(chu):1.不(bu)用專門(men)出產接頭坯(pi)料和(he)加(jia)工(gong)接(jie)頭,簡化了出產工序,有(you)利於(yu)降低出產成本2.凸凹(ao)型聯接的聯接部(bu)位(wei)規(gui)劃(hua)規(gui)範(fan)較大,增大了觸摸(mo)面積(ji),螺紋(wen)的自(zi)鎖才(cai)華較強,聯接部(bu)位(wei)具(ju)有(you)較太(tai)的觸摸(mo)抵(di)觸力,因(yin)而(er)在(zai)實(shi)踐(jian)運(yun)用(yong)中(zhong)較少(shao)出現松動(dong)現(xian)象。3.聯接兩根(gen)電(dian)極比較簡(jian)單(dan),只(zhi)要將(jiang)電極公螺紋的壹端刺(ci)進(jin)另(ling)壹根電極壹端的螺(luo)孔內,對準中(zhong)心後擰(ning)3~4圈就(jiu)可以(yi)抵(di)達擰(ning)緊(jin)要(yao)求(qiu)。
凸凹(ao)形(xing)聯接發明(ming)較早(zao),可(ke)是(shi)壹直到20世紀(ji)80年(nian)代還(hai)沒(mei)有在(zai)消耗量最(zui)多(duo)的大、中(zhong)規範石(shi)墨加工(gong)工藝(yi)出產中(zhong)運(yun)用(yong),主(zhu)要(yao)原因(yin)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)4點:1.凸凹(ao)型聯接時規劃(hua)的觸摸(mo)面積(ji)比較大,需求(qiu)運(yun)用(yong)比連(lian)擴壹般電極時大50%左右(you)的擰(ning)緊(jin)力(li)矩才(cai)華接(jie)合(he)好,這對聯接每(mei)根(gen)重(zhong)量達數(shu)百(bai)公斤(jin)乃至(zhi)1t以(yi)上(shang)的大、中(zhong)規範石(shi)墨加工(gong)工藝(yi)來(lai)說(shuo),要(yao)抵(di)達所(suo)需求(qiu)的擰(ning)緊(jin)力(li)矩是(shi)比較困難(nan)的;2.壹般功率石墨電極除少數(shu)小規範(fan)電(dian)極外(wai)都(dou)不(bu)經浸(jin)處(chu)理,電(dian)極的密(mi)度(du)及強度(du)不(bu)高,並(bing)且兩頭(tou)的密(mi)度(du)和(he)強度(du)還(hai)有(you)必定(ding)差(cha)異,對大、中(zhong)規範石(shi)墨電極而(er)言(yan),聯接後的公螺紋機(ji)械(xie)強度(du)達不(bu)到要(yao)求(qiu);3.聯接螺(luo)紋(wen)形(xing)狀的規(gui)劃和(he)加(jia)工(gong)技能(neng)還(hai)不(bu)可老(lao)到;4.凸凹(ao)形(xing)聯接的電(dian)極壹端的公螺紋露在(zai)外(wai)面簡單(dan)被碰損,因(yin)而(er)包(bao)裝(zhuang)及運(yun)送(song)都(dou)要有(you)專門(men)方(fang)法。
石(shi)墨加工(gong)工藝(yi)聯接螺(luo)紋(wen)形(xing)狀(梯形(xing)螺紋(wen)或(huo)三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)螺紋(wen))
圓柱形(xing)接頭(tou)聯接部(bu)位(wei)都(dou)加工(gong)成梯形(xing)螺紋(wen)就螺(luo)紋自(zi)身而(er)言(yan),梯形(xing)螺紋(wen)傳動(dong)阻(zu)力(li)小(xiao),螺紋(wen)的結(jie)構(gou)強度(du)較大,因(yin)而(er)能(neng)承(cheng)受較大的拉(la)應力,梯形(xing)螺紋(wen)即使(shi)有(you)少(shao)數(shu)碰傷對聯接強度(du)的影(ying)響(xiang)不(bu)大。我國(guo)出產的石(shi)墨加工(gong)工藝(yi)運(yun)用(yong)圓(yuan)柱形(xing)接頭(tou)時加工(gong)梯形(xing)螺紋(wen),規劃(hua)的特(te)點(dian)是(shi)當(dang)差錯(cuo)為0時,公母(mu)螺紋合(he)作仍有壹個徑向間隙(xi)。圓錐(zhui)形(xing)接頭(tou)都(dou)加工(gong)成三角(jiao)形(xing)螺紋(wen)(頂部(bu)加工成圓錐(zhui)形(xing)),在(zai)機(ji)械(xie)制(zhi)造工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),傳動(dong)螺(luo)紋(wen)壹般選(xuan)用傳(chuan)動(dong)阻(zu)力(li)小(xiao)的梯形(xing)或(huo)方(fang)形(xing)螺紋(wen),而緊(jin)固(gu)螺(luo)紋(wen)壹般選(xuan)用三(san)角(jiao)形(xing),三角(jiao)形(xing)螺紋(wen)抵(di)觸力大、聯接嚴密(mi)。圓錐(zhui)形(xing)接頭(tou)加工(gong)成三角(jiao)形(xing)螺紋(wen)(頂部(bu)加工成圓錐(zhui)形(xing))增大了抵(di)觸面,用較低的擰(ning)緊(jin)力(li)矩即可將(jiang)電極與(yu)接(jie)頭(tou)聯接好(hao)。縮(suo)小(xiao)螺(luo)紋(wen)的螺(luo)距有利於(yu)行進(jin)螺(luo)紋的自(zi)鎖才(cai)華,如螺紋(wen)的螺(luo)距由12.7mm改(gai)為8.47mm,或(huo)由(you)8.47mm改(gai)為6.35mm,在(zai)接頭(tou)外(wai)徑(jing)相同的情況下有(you)利於(yu)增加(jia)聯接的牢(lao)靠程(cheng)度(du)。
